HEALTH PLANS, FORMS, & INFORMATION

CAN I GET A SAME-DAY APPOINTMENT?

When you're sick, we want to help. We will always do our best to get you scheduled to be seen as soon as possible. If no same-day appointments are available, we will try to get you scheduled the following day.

WILL MY INSURANCE COVER MY VISIT?

Dr. Sawyer participates in most insurance health plans. Payment is due at the time of your scheduled appointment. Cash, check, and major credit cards are accepted. The clinic uses a third party billing company for insurance billing. Please bring a copy of your insurance information with you to your appointment as well as a form of photo identification.

DO YOU FILE INSURANCE FOR HEARING AIDS?

We are happy to verify your insurance benefit with your insurance company.  We are unable to file a claim directly with your insurance at this time, but we work with many third party hearing aid plans.

HOW CAN I MAKE A PAYMENT?

If you'd like to make a payment by credit card, please call our office at (512) 593-5200 and we will be happy to process your payment by phone.  We can also send you an invoice and a link to pay your balance online.
